My Quilts

I am posting all the quilts I currently have available to give to grandchildren when they marry.  The purpose of this is to let them look at all the quilts so they can decide which one they want.

 This quilt is called "Sunburst"   It is a fairly heavy weight quilt so will be warm to sleep under.

 This quilt is called "Cats in Windows."  It is a fairly lightweight quilt so good as a spread. (This one was chosen by Jeffrey and Anessa!)

 This quilt is called "Songbirds on a Crazy Quilt.  It is fairly heavy weight.

This is a closer up view of the above quilt so you can see details of the songbirds.

                              This quilt is called "Calico Cats."  It is fairly light in weight. This one has been selected by and given to Zach and Addy.

 This quilt is called "Bookcase Quilt."  It is light in weight.  The borders are made to look like wallpaper on the sides and carpet at the bottom.

 This quilt is called "Scarlet Steps."  It is a medium weight.  Details you can't see are that some of the pieces are Christmas fabric, some are Fourth of July Fabric, and some have musical notes.

 This is called "Rag Quilt in Black and White."  The pieces are machine quilted and sewn together with the seams out to form the "rag look." (This one has been chosen by Carson and Marie)

This quilt is called "Butterfly Scrappy Quilt."  The centers of  many of the blocks have brightly colored butterflies in them.  It is a scrap quilt because it is made from scraps of fabric left over from other projects.

                                     
 This quilt is called "Ashley's Journey."  It is made from purples, greens, and blues and is a lightweight quilt that would be a fun spread.

                                      This is called "Kaleidoscope" It is a fairly lightweight quilt. 

                                                This is "Star Quilt".  It is a medium weight quilt.

This is  called "Spring Quilt. Each row has a different spring theme.  The back of this quilt is pieced out of flannel, so it is a heavy quilt . This quilt was chosen by John Michael and Brittney.

Here are the three new quilts I made in 2020.

This one looks out of proportion in the picture, but in real life it looks better.  I call it "Cozy Sleep with You"
